It’s time to start mentally preparing for WPIALS, States, and the other big qualifying meets. Come join this one day workshop led by Dr. Samantha Monda, certified mental performance consultant and former collegiate Academic-All American swimmer. Topics will include coping with stress and anxiety, creating a race day routine, and ensuring you’re mentally prepared for each race.
For less than half the cost of an individual session, you will receive an individualized evaluation of your mental strengths and areas you need to improve as well as a mental race day plan.
