Business Consulting

While KPEX specializes in working with athletes, much of what we do is applicable to the business world. KPEX has worked with companies undergoing mergers, financial organizations, pharmaceutical reps, family businesses, as well as high-risk organizations looking to create a culture where both the company and its employees can thrive.  Those who are successful in the business world need to be competing at the top of their game 24/7, therefore mental toughness is a key component in their continued growth and performance.

There are many mental demands faced by executives, managers, and other personnel as they try to perform at a consistently high level, including: anxiety, commitment, complacency, boredom, confidence, life stress, motivation, focus, cohesion, and enjoyment. Peak Performance Training will focus on how participants can better serve the current and potential clients of your organization, be better leaders, and work more effectively towards set goals.

The Peak Performance Program can be organized in a variety of ways and will be individualized to fit your current needs.

Dr. Aimee Kimball can work with your organization as a whole, create programming for your leadership group, or provide 1-on-1 executive consulting. She has successfully used the knowledge gained from over a decade working with high-performance teams and elite athletes to create successful cultures and mindsets in the business environment. She has worked with banks, pharmaceutical companies, construction firms, investment bankers, lawyers, YPO, YEO, and the executive staff of a professional sports league.

Jeff Kimball is also available to work with your organization to provide consulting services based on over forty years of hands-on work in the business environment. He focuses on advising executive teams and Boards of Directors and offers CEO level leadership to help create a vision, strategy, and align an organization towards their goals. He has advised companies in a wide range of industries including: building product distribution, lumber and wood products, welding and manufacturing, entertainment, professional services, food products, construction and recycling.
